If e-file is allowed, we’ll do it. If not, we can personally do that service.
In person filing service fees:
– San Francisco and San Mateo county courts: $70 (first case + $5 each additional case)
– Marin, Santa Clara and Alameda Counties: $100 (first case + $5 each additional case)
– Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Santa Cruz, Contra Costa county courts: $120 (first case + $5 each additional case)
We offer $20 off on filing services when you hire us for process service.
